Investor briefing terms.
These plain-language terms apply to the US$99 Material Signals investor briefing. Joining the public email list remains free and creates no payment obligation.
What your US$99 buys
Your first 12 months in one selected coverage track—space or defence. Each track covers a focused watchlist of three to six listed companies. Delivery includes a weekly thesis-monitoring briefing, alerts for material obligations, deobligations, options and revisions, and access to source-linked evidence pages with recipient mapping, award hierarchy and materiality against point-in-time company revenue.
Delivery and service term
Your first briefing will be delivered within seven calendar days of completed payment. Your 12-month service term begins on the date that first briefing is delivered. Material-event alerts begin with the same delivery and continue throughout the service term.
What is not included
The service does not include personalized investment recommendations, buy or sell alerts, guaranteed event volume, comprehensive market coverage, custom research, API access or MCP access. Government records can be delayed or revised, and an obligation is not the same as issuer revenue, backlog, profit or cash flow.
Price and renewal
The price is US$99, plus only taxes required by law, for the first 12 months. It does not automatically renew. Any later renewal offer requires your separate agreement.
Data limitations
Government records can be delayed, revised, incomplete or later corrected. Recipient-to-issuer mappings are suppressed when evidence is ambiguous. Material Signals provides research evidence and scale context, not personalized financial advice, valuation conclusions or buy/sell recommendations.
Changes and contact
Questions, cancellation notices, correction requests and service issues can be sent to hello@materialsignals.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
